      • What do I do if my shipment arrived damaged?

        All machines are shipped out from our location bolted to its pallet, wrapped with protective foam, plastic wrap, and/or cardboard boxes. Despite our best efforts to protect your investment, it is hard to completely avoid damages that occur during shipping. Upon arrival of your equipment, it is particularly important to thoroughly inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage, be sure to unwrap and make the driver aware of any dings, rips, or scratches. Note this damage on the paperwork the driver asks you to sign. Keep all packaging and document with pictures. Send all evidence to info@gymbrofitness.com and we will file a claim on your behalf.
