10 YEAR WARRANTY
Structural Steel Frame
Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below, your Mayhem Strength product’s structural frame is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use for the lifetime of the original purchaser (non- transferable).
1 YEAR Product Finish
Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below, your Mayhem Strength product’s finish is warranted against flaking and delimitation arising from normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser for new products.
5 YEAR PARTS WARRANTY – *Havoc Series only
Bearings, Grips, Cables, & Pulleys
Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below, your Mayhem Strength product’s bearings, grips, cables, pulleys are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use for (60) months from the date of purchase to the original purchaser.
1 YEAR PARTS WARRANTY – *Storm Series only

Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below, your Mayhem Strength product’s bearings, grips, cables, pulleys are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use for (60) months from the date of purchase to the original purchaser.
90 DAY WARRANTY
Wear Guards & Upholstery
Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below, your Mayhem Strength product’s wear guards and upholstery is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use for (90) days of the original purchaser (non- transferable).
UHMW, Rubber & Plastic
Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below, your Mayhem Strength product’s rubber and plastic parts are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use for one (90) days from the date of purchase to the original purchaser.
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
Gym Bro Fitness’ solution for any of the above warranties shall be the repair or replacement of defective parts, or the supply of labor to remedy any defect.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS:
The Gym Bro Fitness warranty is only valid on products purchased and paid for in full, directly from Gym Bro Fitness, LLC.
- This warranty ONLY applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- Under no circumstances, will Gym Bro Fitness, LLC be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, incidental, secondary or consequential losses, damage, or expenses in connection with the products.
- This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective component of Gym Bro Fitness and/or Mayhem Strength manufacture. Repairing or replacing a defective component will be at the discretion of Gym Bro Fitness, LLC and sold remedy of the warranty.
- Use of the equipment in any environment that is subject to excessive temperature or moisture may void the warranty.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear including but not limited to cables, belts, chains, wear guards, powder coat finishes, upholstery cuts or any other incidental damage as a result of regular use and attrition.
- This warranty does not cover damage that is the result of a manufacturer defect, including improper assembly, inadequate maintenance, or installation of other parts or components not manufactured or supplied by Gym Bro Fitness, LLC.
- This warranty does not cover damage or failure of an accident, abuse, corrosion, use of the device other than its intended purpose, discoloration of paint or plastic, neglect, theft, vandalism, fire, flood, lightening, freezing or other natural disasters, collisions, or unauthorized modifications.
WARRANTY IS VOID IF:
- You purchase Gym Bro Fitness or Mayhem Strength product(s) from an
unauthorized dealer or seller. - Your purchase used or pre-owned Gym Bro Fitness or Mayhem
Strength product(s) from a private party, facility or unauthorized source. - You purchase Gym Bro Fitness or Mayhem Strength product(s) from an
Internet site not authorized by Gym Bro Fitness, LLC. - You remove any branding on product(s) from Gym Bro Fitness, LLC.
- You have an outstanding balance/invoice owed to Gym Bro Fitness,
LLC. - You have made modifications or alterations to the product(s).
- If you cannot prove that regular maintenance has been performed on
the equipment.
Gym Bro Fitness, LLC and Mayhem Strength, LLC reserves the right to VOID your warranty under these various circumstances and other circumstances that may not be listed.
SPECIFIC PRODUCT GUIDELINES
Urethane and Rubber Products
Do not clean rubber or urethane products with detergent, acetone or solvent based cleaners. Do not
place or store these products in direct sunlight or in damp and humid environments. These environments will contribute to product deterioration.
DUMBBELLS
DO NOT drop dumbbells in any uncontrolled manner from any height exceeding 0.6M (24”). Inspect regularly for signs of damage and that heads are securely attached to handles. Damage from dropping is NOT covered under the warranty. Chrome Handles should not contact metal surfaces on racks or other handles as Chrome can be damaged.
FIXED WEIGHT BARBELLS
Only store on racks approved by Mayhem Strength and which the racks provide protection for the bars where they contact the rack. All metal catches will damage the bars and is NOT covered under warranty.
DO NOT use any workout bar that has loose, missing or broken parts. Contact Mayhem Strength immediately for resolution options.
Olympic Weightlifting Plates
NON-Bumper plates are NOT to be dropped in any circumstance as the cast iron inner core may break. This is NOT covered under warranty.
Olympic Weightlifting Bars
The hard chrome plating used on Mayhem Strength Olympic bars will resist chipping and peeling and is much safer than regular chrome. Any sign of visible rust must be removed immediately as rust can impair the structural integrity of the bar. This includes stainless steel bars. Store bars on approved racks only with workout bar protection features. Brush chalk out of knurl regularly with a stiff stainless steel wire brush as this can trap moisture and accelerate corrosion. In the case of Ceramic
coated/black zinc bars use a stiff nylon brush instead.
DO NOT USE any workout bar that has loose, missing or broken parts. Contact Mayhem Strength immediately for resolution options.
Kettle Bells
Are not to be dropped under any circumstance. Doing so may cause serious injury and property damage. Additionally, the product warranty does not cover kettlebells that have been dropped or misused.
Cable Attachments
DO NOT use if there are any visible signs of wear or missing parts. Refer to specific warning documents that accompanied product and/or "safety page". Note: safety eye-bolts should rotate but not be overly-loose.
